"To whom it may
concern,
I recently held my wedding at Heidelberg Golf Club on Saturday
14th November 2009.
I would just like to express my gratitude towards
all the staff at the Golf Club. All of them were so friendly and the service was
just amazing. From table service, bar service to the food the chefs cooked in
the kitchen. Everyone has commented to me that it was simply amazing.
On
a more personal note from myself and my husband Adam, we would like to
especially thank Cherie as she has done everything for us with regards to the
wedding. She is always friendly and smiling and makes you feel welcome from the
day your first inquiry is made for the venue. Cherie has made suggestiongs for me for
the day and given advice and just made life too easy in a stressful situation
being a wedding.
Honestly Cherie is the best thing you could have as a
person to manage your wedding functions. On the day of our wedding she not
only organised us all into position and got everything running smoothly but also
helped my dress malfunction by sewing my bustle and just overall made our day
the exact perfect day we wanted. Cherie is simply fantastic!!!!!
I
highly recommend the golf club for many friends and once again would like to
thank you all and most importantly Cherie for such a wonderful
night".

"My name is
Bronwyn Slevrink and I was married in the Bryn Teg room on Saturday 14th March. I am writing to congratulate you for providing such a wonderful venue
with very attentive and professional staff.
Firstly I cannot thank Cherie
enough for assisting in planning our wedding. She was very approachable,
personable, caring and highly professional. We contacted her on many occasions
and each time her assistance and suggestions were invaluable. She also had a
very caring and calming force before walking down the aisle. I would like to
thank the staff that evening as they were all very attentive, cheerful and
proficient.
My mother being in a wheelchair was attended throughout the evening
by the caring staff who ensured she was given food and drinks. I would also
like to thank you for the fine quality of food served. Everybody at the wedding
commented on how delicious it was and that there was certainly plenty for
everyone.
Once again I cannot thank you enough for making our wedding such a
special occasion and I would highly recommend to anybody getting married to go
to the Heidelberg Golf Club. Could you please convey our congratulations to
Cherie and all the staff employed that evening".

Damon, I would like you to know what a totally professional job Cherie Zealley
did in arranging the wedding of our daughter Rebecca on 7 December 2008.
Nothing was too much trouble for Cherie who inherited a few difficult issues
from agreements made with the previous House Manager.
She made my wife
and I most comfortable and at ease throughout the full process. The wedding
night itself was a wonderful night with very professional staff that were very
attentive to every guests needs. I tried to leave a tip for all the staff but
was politely refused with one of the staff stating they were just pleased to
have made our night memorable.
I congratulate you on having such fine staff
that really know what customer service is all about. You have a fine ambassador
for your business in Cherie and I would recommend your premises to anyone,
