| Golfers Passport is a casual golf category designed for golfers who prefer a pay-as-you-play option rather than an up-front annual fee. 7 day playing rights are available in this category with booking rights restricted to 3 days in advance. |
| Summer Passport is a casual golf category offering summer playing rights between October and March every year after 3pm Sunday to Friday, and after 5pm on Saturdays. Booking rights are restricted to 3 days in advance. |

| JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES |
| Heidelberg welcomes and accepts male and female junior golfers between the ages of 12 to 24 years. The Club offers a number of introductory programmes depending on previous experience and skill level. |

- 15 Year Juniors |
| 16
- 21 Year Juniors New junior membership applicants are required to attend a 15 minute assessment with our resident Professional. Following the assessment a recommendation will be made to the Membership Secretary based on the applicant's level of skill and maturity as to their suitability for membership. A recommendation may be made to refer the applicant to the Tiger Assessment Program. An application fee of $50 is required before a new 16-21 year junior application can be accepted. The cost of either the 15 minute assessment and/or the Tiger Programme is included in the application fee. |

- 24 Year Juniors Depending on the applicant's previous golfing history there may be a requirement to attend a 15 minute assessment with our resident Professional. Following the assessment a recommendation will be made to the Membership Secretary based on the applicant's level of skill and maturity as to their suitability for membership. |
