Heidelberg Golf Club features three modern and functional meeting rooms. Ideally suited for a vast array of events, we have a function room to suit your every need including board room meetings, conferences, breakfast presentations, product launches, seminars, cocktail parties, awards nights and wedding receptions.

Our House Manager and Executive Chef are highly skilled to ensure your event will run smoothly and effortlessly. With attention to detail like this, the success of any event is a mere formality.

The club was established in 1928 and has retained many of the original homestead features that are tastefully blended with the modern architecture of the current building.

Nestled among the rolling landscape of one of Melbourne's most picturesque golf courses, Heidelberg at Lower Plenty is the ideal location for any occasion.

Eaglemont Room

Part of the modern extensions to compliment the original 1890's homestead, the Eaglemont room is a fabulous glass encased room overlooking the rolling landscape and picturesque golf course at Heidelberg.

The room is primarily used as a wedding reception venue, but is versatile enough to offer multiple conference and meeting room configurations, or an informal cocktail party for groups of up to 300 guests.

Bryn Teg Room

Set in the original 1890's homestead section of the clubhouse, the Bryn Teg room is set with gorgeous bay windows with featured stain glass and the original fireplaces offering stunning views overlooking the opening hole of the golf course.

The Bryn Teg room offers the perfect start to your wedding day with an initmate setting for your celebrant ceremony, before moving into the main function room for the reception.

Meetings for conference groups of up to 90 guests can be accomodated, with split room configurations also available for break-out sessions.

Groups are well catered for with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea catering options available throughout the day from our well appointed kitchen.
